Sound familiar?

Your work speaks for you. Your online presence doesn't.

These are the problems salons come to us with. Each one costs you appointments — every month, quietly.

  • Booking lives in Instagram DMs

Appointments get arranged in messages and lost between them. Without a website every enquiry is manual work, and the ones that arrive after hours often never get an answer.

  • The price list is nowhere to be found

Almost every client asks "how much is it?" before they book. A clear price list on your site answers for you, twenty-four hours a day.

  • You don't show up in search

When someone in your city searches for a beauty salon, the first three results are competitors. SEO is the difference between page one and page three.

  • Everything breaks on a phone

Most clients find you on a phone. If the text overflows and the buttons don't work properly, they go somewhere else — in under five seconds.

What you get

A website that works when the salon is closed.

Not just pretty — useful. Every page has one job: to take a client from looking to booked.

01

A website built for you

No off-the-shelf templates — the design grows out of your space and your services.

  • Custom design in Figma, then build
  • Responsive, mobile-first design
  • Fast loading and clean code
  • A content editor so you can make edits yourself
02

Visual identity and logo design

If there's no identity yet, or the salon has outgrown the one it has, we build it alongside the site.

  • Logo design and variants
  • Colour palette and typography
  • Print-ready price list and business card
  • Social media templates
03

SEO for local search

So you get found by the people already looking for a salon in your area.

  • Keywords by service and location
  • Google Business profile and maps
  • Schema markup for a local business
  • Speed and technical optimisation
04

Online booking and price list

Appointments stop living in messages — a client sees the price and books the slot herself.

  • Booking with confirmation and reminder
  • Price list grouped by service category
  • Before-and-after work gallery
  • Opening hours and contact on every page
Examples

Here's what it looks like in practice.

The six pages that make up a salon's website. The structure stays the same — the look and the tone adapt to your space.

Every service and price in one place, sorted by category. Nobody has to ask "how much" in a message again.

Treatment ritual

Four steps with timings — from consultation to aftercare at home. A client knows what's ahead before she walks in, so she books without asking twice.

Client reviews

Reviews sit on the website, not only on Google — right where the decision to book actually gets made.

Common questions

What salons ask us most.

01

How long does a beauty salon website take?

Two to three weeks for a one-pager, four to six for a full site. The timeline depends mostly on how quickly we get photos and copy from you — the rest is on us.

02

I only have phone photos. Is that a problem?

It's not a reason to wait, but photography is half the job. We recommend one professional shoot of the space and the work, and we can put you in touch with a photographer.

03

Can I change the price list and images myself?

You can. Every site comes with a simple content editor — change prices, add work to the gallery, and update opening hours without us and without extra cost.

04

Do you set up online booking?

Yes. We connect the site to a booking system that sends the client a confirmation and a reminder, so appointments stop living in Instagram messages.

05

What about hosting and a domain?

We walk you through buying a domain and set up hosting. Annual costs run around twenty to fifty euros and you pay them directly to the provider, not to us.

06

Do you work with salons outside Serbia?

We do. Most projects run online, with clients across Serbia and Europe. If you're in Novi Sad, we're happy to meet in person too.

Why a beauty salon needs a website, not just an Instagram profile

Instagram shows the work beautifully, but it doesn't do the two jobs that bring in appointments: it doesn't answer the question about price, and it doesn't come up when someone types "beauty salon near me" into Google. A social profile is a shop window. A website is the front desk — where a visitor sees the price list, picks a service, and books a slot without waiting for a reply in messages.

Building a website for a beauty salon differs from a typical business site in a few ways. Photography carries almost the entire decision, so the work gallery has to be fast and flawless on a phone as well. The price list has to be readable by service category, because clients compare three or four salons side by side before they book. And the SEO has to be local, tied to the city and the name of the service, because nobody is looking for a salon in another country.

We work with salons, nail studios, and hair shops in Novi Sad and across Serbia and Europe. Every site is coded from scratch, with no off-the-shelf templates, and handed over with a content editor so you can change the price list and the gallery yourself.
